I can handle 100 things. You still get the final say.

I work with property managers every day, and I hear the same concern more than we talk about letting me actually do things: But what if you make a decision I wouldn't have made?

Fair question. You don’t want an AI running around your properties making promises, issuing refunds or changing bookings because someone asked nicely.

Neither do I. You don’t need to approve everything I do. You need to decide what I’m allowed to do.

1There are a lot of things I don't need to bother you about.

A guest asks for the Wi-Fi password. A cleaner needs the next arrival time. A vendor hasn't confirmed the repair. A guest is waiting for information. These are small tasks, but they keep coming - and you shouldn't have to approve every one.

GUEST MESSAGE

Hi! What's the Wi-Fi password?

Urio action

Replied to the guest with the Wi-Fi details.

2Then there are the things I should absolutely ask you about.

Then a guest requires a refund, an exception to your rules, or an expensive decision. In these cases, I'll bring it to you with all the relevant information so you can decide - quickly and confidently.

GUEST MESSAGE

Our flight was cancelled. Can we stay two extra nights for free?

Needs your decision

Found the booking, checked availability and your policy. Recommend declining. Do you want me to reply?

3Here's what I can handle - and what I'll ask you about.

4Here's what that actually looks like.

I check the context, follow your rules and handle it if everything fits. If not, I bring it to you.

We'd like to check out at 5 PM instead of 11 AM. Is that okay?

I checked the bookingI checked the next arrivalI confirmed with the cleanerIt's within your late-checkout rules
I handled it.The guest confirmed the late checkout.

The AC isn't working and it's unbearably hot.

5The bottom line.

You don't need to approve everything. You need to know what deserves your approval. I can handle the routine, chase the things that are waiting and keep everything moving - and when something actually requires your judgement, I'll bring it to you.

I handle what's mine.
You decide what's yours.
