I'm Not a Tech Person. Good.

Escucho esto todo el tiempo: "No soy una persona técnica." Y honestamente, perfecto. No deberías tener que serlo.

You got into short-term rentals to create freedom, earn extra income or build a business you enjoy - not to become a part-time IT manager.

The whole of Urio is to make AI simple, practical and invisible, so you can focus on what actually matters: your properties, your guests and your life.

1You already know how to do the hard part.

Running a property is not simple. You juggle guests, cleaners, vendors, bookings, payments and unexpected issues - often at the same time. You make decisions, solve problems and keep everything moving.

That's the hard part. And you're already doing it.

Using Urio doesn't require new technical skills. You just bring your experience, your judgement and the way you like to operate. I take care of the technology in the background.

You

I have a guest arriving tomorrow. Can you make sure everything is ready?

2You don't need to learn a new software.

Most property management tools come with dashboards, settings, integrations and manuals. You have to learn where everything is, how it works and what to click.

Urio works differently. You don't need to navigate a complicated interface. You just talk to me in plain language - the same way you would ask a team member.

“Remind the cleaner to be there by 11 AM and let me know if there are any issues.”

3You can tell me what you need, your way.

There's no right way to talk to me. You don't need perfect prompts or special terminology. Just tell me what you need, exactly as you would say it to a person.

Comunicación con huéspedes

"Reply to this guest about late checkout."

"Explain our parking rules."

"Send a review request after check-out."

Operations & scheduling

"Make sure tomorrow's turnovers are confirmed."

"Let me know if there are any same-day arrivals."

"Reschedule the cleaner for next week."

Mantenimiento

"Follow up with the technician about the AC."

"Check if the issue has been resolved."

"Find a new vendor if they don't respond."

Payments & accounting

"Check which bookings haven't been paid yet."

"Send a reminder for the outstanding balance."

"Prepare a summary of this month's income."

Reporting

"Give me a weekly summary of occupancy and revenue."

"Show me how this property performed last month."

"Flag anything unusual in the financials."

Rules & preferences

"Don't approve late checkouts without asking me."

"Always remind guests about the parking."

"Notify me if a guest asks for a refund."

4Real-life example: a day with Urio.

Here's what a typical day can look like when you just tell me what you need:

08:00

I check today's arrivals and departures and flag anything that needs your attention.

10:15

I reply to guest messages and handle routine requests.

12:30

I follow up with the technician about the AC repair.

15:00

I send payment reminders for outstanding balances.

18:00

I send you a summary of what was handled and what still needs your input.

5You stay in control, without having to manage the tech.

You set the rules. You decide what I can handle and what you want to approve. You can change your mind anytime, and I'll adjust.

You

“From now on, don't offer free late checkout. Always ask me.”

Got it!
I'll always check with you before offering a late checkout.

6The less you know about how I work, the better I've done my job.

You don't need to understand AI models, integrations or automation logic. You just need to know that things are being handled, follow your rules and that you'll be informed when something needs your decision. Technology should make your life easier, not more complicated. That's why I'm here.

You don't need to be a tech person.
You just need to tell me what you need.
